A comprehensive introduction to Microsoft Office covering the most common tasks in an office situation. The course comprises two weeks each on:
Microsoft Word (Jul 28 & Aug 4)
Zoom & Email (Aug 11 & 18)
Microsoft PowerPoint (Aug 25 & Sept 1)
Microsoft Excel (Sept 8 & 15)
Includes new unit on managing Zoom meetings.
Certificate II - ICT20115
Includes: Use computer operating systems and hardware; Operate software application packages; Operate digital media technology packages; Detect and protect from spam; Use social media; Provide ICT advice to clients; and more.
